Ok well, I didn't end up using the service as my dog ended up passing away, but I had booked the service in and WOW. I cannot tell you how distraught I was, and how well I was supported by Rest Your Paws! They not only cared about the wellbeing of my dog, but they genuinely cared about me. I have no doubt they would have been extremely supportive while saying goodbye to my dog, because dealing with them and organising such a horrible thing was made so much easier by their genuine care and concern. I cannot recommend them more!

I first used rest your paws for a quality of life visit for my diabetic dog who had been in and out of hospital over a period of time. The kind and informative Dr Katie visited in our home and helped explain the medical complications that were occurring and guided us on what we were likely to face going forward. Because of her advice we sadly knew when the time had come to say goodbye to our beloved dog. Although sad it gave us time to enjoy every moment with our dog and know when it was right and kind to say goodbye in future. 6 months later the beautiful Cynthia helped us give our dog a dignified and peaceful passing at home where she felt safe and loved. The compassion and care provided by this company was remarkable and I’m so grateful for their support. This type of care couldn’t have been provided by a vet. Everything was so easy to organise and they were extremely responsive at all times.

I just want to give a huge thank you to everyone at rest your paws. From the moment I made the hardest phone call of my life, they were empathetic and made me feel at ease. Dr Laura was amazing, treated my dear Puddy with such respect and was so delicate with him from start to finish, the process was not rushed and Dr Laura went above and beyond even giving us alot of information on our other cat and our 7 year old boy on how to have the conversation and deal with grief. There has even been after service to help us through our grieving process. Although the most challenging thing I've had to do, it gives me comfort that I gave my Puddy the best life and now the most delicate send off that was in my power. Thank to everyone at rest your paws for your support, you are all such amazing people ❤️

Putting down a beloved pet is not an easy decision to make but at every stage during the process the team were understanding and made it as easy as possible. For us it was our first time having to use a service like this and it couldn't have been a better experience. The initial contact was compassionate and informative and when the vet arrived on the day she not only made sure our cat was cared for but us as well. It wasn't a nice day, but the Rest Your Paws team made it as best as it possibly could be. Highly recommend.

We had the most beautiful peaceful send off for our beloved cat Spencer by Rest Your Paws. Dr Rachel was so lovely and calm and we know our beautiful boy is in a pain free happier place and passed so peacefully in the comfort of his home. Cannot recommend enough!

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our Maggie. Thankfully Rest your Paws was there to give Maggie a safe, comfortable and caring end. Gosh, we are so thankful for this beautiful service. Not only did Dr Laura look after our beloved dog, Audrey, in such a gentle and caring manner, she also looked after us. So patient, so kind, nothing was rushed. She treated Audrey like she was the most precious thing in the world, which of course she was to us. Euthanising your best friend is one of the hardest decisions you will ever make, but the service that Rest Your Paws provide is beyond anything we could have hoped for. In a way, as much as our hearts are broken, it gave us peace and closure. They have thought of everything and every little detail is so so special. Thank you Dr Laura and Rest Your Paws for helping Audrey pass over to rainbow bridge with dignity. We will never forget it. Xx

We had our sweet little cat Dusty for 18 years. Dr Cynthia came to our home and was so kind and compassionate. We know we did the best for our girl.
